Shipping - Please allow 5 Working Days for Delivery

COVID19 Impact: Our orders generally arrive in 4/5 business days. Given the COVID19 impact, there might on occasion an additional 4 to 5 days delay, due to stringent safety measures we are following at our warehouse. Thank you once again for your continued support and patience, stay safe - stay well.

We currently use Royal Mail services to deliver your box. Once your box is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number, giving you the ability to either check online, or via your mobile, to see when your item has been delivered.
Missed Delivery & Non Collection

If you’re not at home, the service provider ‘Royal Mail’ will attempt to deliver your item to your neighbour and leave a card. If it can’t be delivered to them, they will leave a card with details of collection from their Customer Service Point.

If they can’t redeliver your item, or you don’t collect it, they will hold onto your box at the Customer Service Point for 18 days. After this time, they’ll return it to our warehouse. You will then need to contact us and pay the same postage charge, as originally paid, to get it redelivered to you. Hopefully it won’t come to that, as you will want to be using your goods by then!

* Royal Mail usually takes an extra day for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.
